Coordinate development of core technology for predictive modeling platform.

Provide technical expertise and lead project team in design and implementation of software tools to evaluate, simulate, and model reliablility and life-cycle of industrial and military equipment.

Involves all aspects of design cycle, including development of core algorithms, test plans and specifications, computer models and simulations, and test runs.

Perform simulations using Monte Carlo techniques

Customize software to model and predict reliability of client's systems in accordance with various military standards

Utilize various software tools and platforms(SQL, ASP, Visual Studio, HTML) to develop and customize programs

Ensure that programs meet reliability program standards and defense acquisition logistics standards

Provide technical direction and follow latest developments in the field.

• Participate in software design and development activities
  
• Keeps the highest level of knowledge and experience with internal proprietary technology, tools and products,and particularly in their applications to solve customer problems and generate value.
• Enables good working relationships with all CSI personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Master's in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer-related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Chief or Lead Programmer
• U.S. Workers or non-U.S. Citizens who are permanent residents, i.e., green card holders

Salary:

• Dependent on experience.
