Joseph G. Berti, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for Clockwork Solutions LLC, Joe has overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With more than 17 years in technology development and executive leadership positions, he has extensive experience building successful businesses and driving innovation in technology that delivers business value across a number of different industries.
Prior to joining Clockwork Solutions LLC, Joe served as V.P. Product Line Management at Servigistics, acting as overall lead for the launch of eight products that generated over $55 million in sales, now used in over 120 countries by some of the top companies in the world including Coca Cola and EMC. In October of 2012, Servigistics was sold to PTC for 220 million dollars. Joe has worked in a variety of roles including Ernst & Young where he was working on business strategy, global accounts and was a key player in the launching of the SAP practice. Joe has also led a variety of new product launches for innovative solutions (PointServe, I2 Technologies) and has worked in various operational roles (Trilogy, Kraft Foods).
Mr. Berti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University with a double major in Finance and MIS. Mr. Berti also serves on the board of various businesses and charities including the Cheyanna Foundation for Kids.
Frank Quatro, Vice President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Frank Quatro leads product direction and technology implementation at Clockwork Solutions LLC. His responsibilities include the design, productization and delivery of the Insight LCM platform by managing development of simulation infrastructures, big data analytics and enterprise applications. To ensure customer satisfaction, product quality and market value, Frank utilizes an agile process with a focus on software scalability, ease of use, and performance.
With over 15 years of experience in IT and multiple patents pending, Quatro creates and commercializes intellectual property to sustain competitive advantages, grow market share and enter new markets. Prior to Clockwork, Quatro managed a multi-million dollar software consulting practice where he was responsible for the development of numerous enterprise applications for clients like Alcatel-Lucent, Motive and PointServe.
Mr. Quatro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin – The Red McCombs School of Business. Quatro also serves as an advisor to businesses and startups throughout the U.S.
Tracey Ellis, Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Ellis leads the go-to-market strategy for Clockwork’s big data and predictive analytics platform. Her responsibilities include product planning, market penetration, partnerships and lead generation strategy, implementation and execution. She has 15 years of experience pioneering new technology introductions spanning marketing, business development and sales. As a professional who sharpened her skills in fast paced start ups, Ellis’ entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen bring a cutting edge element to her approach on execution and driving success.
Ellis is the founder of a strategic marketing firm focused on the launch and ongoing success of emerging technology companies. Previously, Ellis designed, implemented and executed innovative marketing and sales strategies for Airclic, Information Security Technologies (now Forsythe), and Cognos – IBM (formerly Adaytum).
Ellis has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and her Master in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Rich McGhee, Vice President of Strategic Accounts
As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, McGhee identifies, maintains and expands relationships with companies that could benefit greatly by leveraging Clockwork’s Insight LCM™ solution. He runs quarterback on the sales cycle with customers to ensure the company meets customers’ needs and expectations and they can quickly see the value in their solution.
McGhee is an experienced enterprise sales and business development leader in high growth companies. He has an eighteen-year track record of driving revenue growth and profitability for Software-as-a-Service organizations. Prior to joining Clockwork McGhee held positions with Apptio, Servigistics, and Mobius Management Systems where he consistently exceeded performance benchmarks.
McGhee earned degrees from both Biola University and California State University-Chico.
Marshall Smith, Vice President of Industry Solutions
Marshall Smith is VP of Industry Solutions at Clockwork Solutions LLC, where he is responsible for sales and service delivery to Clockwork’s commercial customers. He started his career as an engineering statistician with Pratt & Whitney, where he conducted risk assessments and implemented statistical process control in the engine and rocket manufacturing businesses. Marshall is well known for his leadership on the team that designed, developed, and implemented fleet management modeling software and support tools for the U.S. Army Blackhawk Program Office. In his career, he also led work in the energy generation industry to develop techniques to optimize repair parts, quantify risks of critical machine failure and improve material flow throughout.
Marshall holds a BS and MS degree in Mathematics from Texas State University and an MS degree in Probability & Statistics from the University of Georgia.
Neil Herron, Vice President of Federal Sales
Herron is responsible for developing relationships with Clockwork’s Aerospace and Defense partners and clients including the design of predictive analytics solution strategies to resolve complex, fleet management challenges in logistics planning and asset sustainment for federal clients. His experience with the complexities of the Federal landscape and communicating the value of both private and public cloud SaaS solutions is in line with Clockwork’s continuing growth and predictive analytics software development. Prior to Clockwork Solutions, Herron was the Vice President of Federal Sales at Application Security, Vice President of Public Sector Sales at Salesforce.com and the Director of National Intelligence at Oracle. He has a BA from Merrimack College and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Penn State University.
Sergio Posadas, Vice President of Industry Solutions
Posadas leads the delivery of services to Clockwork’s aerospace and government customers to ensure their strategic and operational goals are achieved. He employs best practices in predictive analytics to deliver insight, bound risk, reduce waste, and add confidence to customer operations. Serg brings depth of experience to Clockwork from over 20 years of technical and strategic leadership. He applied predictive analytics and data science throughout his Marine Corps career as an aviator and operations analyst.
As a leading-edge product manager, he provided software development leadership and vision to deliver an advanced, data-driven, high-resolution simulation platform. He also authored policy on aviation weapons and tactics. Serg was hand picked for the Naval Postgraduate School operations research faculty where he advanced enterprise-level interests and educated data scientists in statistics, simulation, technical writing and operations research.
Serg received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Operations Research from NPS.
Michael Henderson, Vice President of IT & Hosting Solutions
Henderson manages the company’s infrastructure architecture and data warehousing requirements to support the Clockwork LCM Cloud™. The software, our data scientists and our customers need strong support from an infrastructure that is going to be flexible and powerful enough to deliver value for each and every client to ensure reliability. Henderson’s proven ability to connect software requirements to supporting technology will create new opportunities to increase the power, speed and accuracy of the Clockwork LCM Cloud™ and ensure that as technology advances so to will our infrastructure. Throughout his fifteen years of IT leadership, Henderson’s passion has been around improving uptime. By architecting and implementing infrastructure and processes, which increase data center uptime, he has created systems to support big data requirements. Prior to joining Clockwork, Henderson managed a multi-million dollar team at Golfsmith International where he was responsible for the project management, implementation and improvement for all corporate internal projects and data center physical environments. Henderson has also held strategic technology roles at Pointserve and Synthesys Technologies. Henderson received his BS from University of Texas, Austin.
